My name is Dave Prittinen. I’m a father of two daughters, husband to the best wife, and just one bowhunter out of thousands from the great state of Michigan. I started bowhunting late, when I was 20 years old. Fortunately for me, I had a lot of good friends that gave me some great advice along the way. Not growing up around it, I had no idea how it would impact my life even outside of hunting season. Just like the rest of you reading this, I have gone down the rabbit hole without any intention of going back. I love the highs and even the lows of it all. What better way to learn patience, the value of being persistent, and being humbled. Just like in life, even when you do everything perfect, sometimes things are out of our control. Gun/crossbow/compound/traditional. We are all the same. Let’s come together and stop the comparing and hating on each other. Good luck on your future hunts.
Hunting with KuduPoint
My favorite Kudu memory would be the last doe I shot. Broke two ribs on entrance and broke and stuck in one on the exit side. Dead within 30 seconds. The broadhead was still in perfect shape and just needed to be resharpened.
Preferred broadhead: Contour+Plus 200 gn
