Kudupoint broadhead weight options
Current broadhead offerings are 100gr, 125gr, 150gr, and 200gr options, in both right and level bevel, giving hunters flexibility to tune their setup for different species and arrow builds.
The difference between Contour and Contour Plus
The Contour is our basic single-bevel broadhead design built for strength, penetration, and durability. The Contour Plus has the same size main blade and adds a replaceable bleeder blade while maintaining the same total weight. The bleeder blade provides additional wound channel tracks while still maintaining excellent penetration.
All KuduPoint broadheads are precision-built. The choice between Contour and Contour Plus comes down to personal preference.
Right or left bevel
Common advice is that the bevel should match the helical or offset direction of your fletching. If your arrow fletching is with a right helical (clockwise going away from you), choose a right bevel. If your arrows are fletched with a left helical, choose left bevel.
Our testing has shown that there is little to no perceivable difference using using the “wrong” bevel with KuduPoint single-bevel broadheads.
KuduPoints are accurate
On a properly tuned setup, KuduPoint broadheads hit very close to field points. Many archers report little to no sight adjustment at typical hunting distances. Don’t just take our word for it—see hunters’ experiences on how they fly and perform.
KuduPoint broadheads perform well with crossbows
KuduPoint Broadheads perform exceptionally well at the higher speeds provided by crossbows. They are very quiet and durable.
Tuning for accuracy
Broadhead tuning ensures your broadheads fly to the same point of impact as your field points. The process typically involves small rest or nock point adjustments, followed by fine arrow tuning.
Reuse of KuduPoint broadheads
Many hunters reuse their broadheads multiple times. As long as the broadhead assembly is straight and in decent condition, you can sharpen if needed and hunt again with confidence.
Sharpening KuduPoint broadheads
The best results for sharpening will be using our Sharpener adapter for Standard Lansky (shown below in use with Standard Lansky and optional Lansky stand).

Aim for about 40 degrees per side. Maintaining this angle will give you the best balance of sharpness and durability. See the video for how to slightly cheat the angle for best results.
Factory Edge Touchup
Customers may also send broadheads WITHOUT customer sharpening attempts or other damages to us for a touch up of a slightly worn, undamaged original factory edge. This is not a blade re-grind.
Blades must be safely shipped in original plastic containers taped shut for safety. Include a note with request to sharpen and your return shipping address and $10.00 USD for return shipping.
Warranty and Replacement Policy
If you experience a true manufacturing or materials defect, we will replace the broadhead at no cost. Our broadheads are built to last and can be resharpened and reused many times.
What is not covered: Normal wear. Damage from hitting rocks, embedding in cinder blocks, driven into trees*, heavy bone hits, shooting into metal (including other arrow heads), etc.
(* If embedded in a tree, don’t try to pull or wiggle it out. This will damage the broadhead. Instead, remove the material surrounding it.)
Lifetime materials and workmanship guarantee is not time‑limited. All warranty inquiries should contact KuduPoint directly.
